British press served with Injunction
The press in the UK have been served with an Injunction to stop them publishing even more stories about Britney Spears’ stay in rehab. Spears’ alleges that some of the stories printed were fabrications of the truth and has sought legal action in the form of a High Court Injunction to prevent any such stories reappearing in the press.
Spears’ is also applying to the court for an order also to be served on the British Press to name the source behind the stories.
