<description>My daughter went to buy a prom dress and choose one, but as it had no price tag on it the girl in the shop had to ring the owner, who said the dress would cost £219.00 my daughter agreed and paid a £50.00 deposit, when she went back to pay further installments the owner told my daughter that the dress is now £359.00 and it has a price tag on it, can she do this or does she have to sell the dress to my daughter for the agreed price

hope you can help

many thanks
